Exploring Support Options: We’ll discuss the types of support available, from medical and therapeutic options to lifestyle changes and support groups. I’ll guide you in understanding which resources might benefit you most, providing clarity on where to find the help you need.
Building a Personalised Path Forward: We’ll look at the impact of ADHD on different areas of your life, creating an actionable plan that suits your unique needs and goals. Whether it’s practical steps for daily life or long-term strategies for thriving, this session is a starting point for positive change.
Addressing Immediate Concerns: This is also a space for you to voice any specific worries or challenges you’re facing post-diagnosis. We’ll talk through any immediate issues, helping you feel more supported, empowered, and prepared to take the next steps.
